"I was very disappointed with the service i received. I booked a taxi and then needed to cancel it. I called the number provided and had to leave a message requesting a cancellation as i found a taxi firm that was cheaper... On the day the taxi i cancelled arrived after the one i got into from the cheaper company. I then had my aunty calling me at the train station to say the taxicode cab was waiting outside, i asked her to tell the driver the cab had been cancelled the day before. The cab left. Having already paid them online the driver left. But i have not been refunded for the cab i had to cancel. I had already had a message from taxicode to say they were unable to drive me to a destination i had booked another cab for, but i did receive a refund for that journey as it was taxicode who made the cancellation not me. So i decided to go with a company who could guarentee me a taxi for the journey, day and time i requested. I will not be using taxi code again. It was not a good first experience and i will not berecommending them to anyone else. Exstremely poor service in my opinion."
"My flight was delayed many times but the driver ensured to keep up to date, and contacted me when I landed for an updated pickup time. Very nice and friendly and aware of the current traffic conditions."
