"I booked the mini bus on Friday, and expected a 2nd confirmation. E mail telling me the journey was booked. I still had not had an email on Saturday at 11am. This caused me to phone the number on the booking form, only to be told he could not fulfil the ride, and I needed to phone the head office number. I then got a response very quickly, however this lead to us having 2 taxis and incurring a further £40 charge. The taxi that turned up was efficient and helpful. Just very fursturated that I had to chase, and without me chasing our day would have been a disaster."
