"Our outbound journey was delayed for 30 minutes from my chosen departure time to get the Heathrow, but I had built in that amount of time to allow for hold ups, so worked out ok as there were no hold ups. They rang about an hour in advance to say they were running late, so no panic that they wouldn't turn up. the return journey went without a hitch. Had a text waiting for me when I turned my phone on after the flight and he was waiting for us in the agreed place. All Good."
