"I regularly use another service but decided to try this one because it allowed me to book in advance. The only real downside was the lack of information (e.g driver will be with you in x minutes) and this was a concern when used in conjunction with some of the reviews where the booking was cancelled at the last minute. Mine WAS on time but for peace of mind it would have been nice to have more reassurance. Also it was very expensive."

"The pickup from Gatwick was not as planned. When we arrived the driver was not waiting, but instead called us asking if we could meet him in the parking. I asked him to come collect us inside the terminal, which he did. The journey and car (a Merc. E class) were fine.
The return journey was disappointing, the car was a BMW 2-series instead of the S-class (limousine) we expected. The driver was in time for the pickup at the hotel and the journey itself was OK."
