"Excellent throughout. Good comms prior to arriving, notified and called when he arrived. Driver (Irek) was very polite, professional and friendly. Car was a high spec Skoda Superb, basically a Passat with a different body, very clean and in good order. On time, and journey actually took slightly less than anticipated. Will use again, thanks!"
